Here is a test video for you to try out (it may take a few moments to load, so please be patient):
Here are some suggestions that other have had some success with, and that we ask you try before you contact us for more support.
PC or MAC COMPUTER or LAPTOP:
Make sure you have all the latest updates for your system and browser. If you are on Windows, run Windows Update (click here for instructions). Windows 10 is best. If you are on a Mac, simply check that you have the latest updates (click here for instructions) and are using the Safari web browser or Chrome
Make sure you have enough bandwidth to view video. We usually stream at 0.3 Mbps (300 Kbps) but some we would prefer you to have at least 0.5 Mbps (500 Kbps). Occasionally, we will have HD broadcasts that may require up to a full 1.0 Mbps Click here to test
If you are having issues with the video stalling, timing out, or stuttering, this is usually an indication that your network speed is insufficient. If you're on wireless, try getting a better signal.
If you are on a satellite, such as WildBlue or Hughes, they do limit your bandwidth usage. Some will allow you to purchase more credit, so check with your internet provider if you are not getting the minimum bandwidth.
APPLE IPHONE/ IPAD/ANDROID
Ensure all devices and software are fully up to date. In your device's setting screen, check for updates and apply any that are available.
