Roy is a 1d gelding. Occasionally he will land in the 2D but 90% of his runs are 1d. He is incredibly honest and consistent. He is always going to find the first barrel. He is push style. He is not a barrel hitter. He loves the rodeo atmosphere. I think he would be great for a JH to HS girl. He has ran and won at everything from junior rodeos to pro rodeos.
He has regular maitenance. Hocks and stifles every 6 months - 1 year. He did have a previous injury to his extensor tendon. This is healed. He runs on lasix. He does have one eye. This does not bother him on or off the pattern. He is not spooky. He has no quirks and is a dream to be around and ride.
I have owned him for 3 or 4 years now. He has been the best thing in the world for me. I hope we can find him another girl who may need a confidence boost.
I have a full set of xrays from when I first bought him. He had his hocks and stifles injected in October. He is currently running and winning. I can send xrays for serious buyers and you are more than welcome to discuss him with my vet.
The most important thing is finding him a great home. He is very special and deserves the best. I am negotiable to a good home. The only reason he is offered is because I am wanting to only focus on my futurity horses now.
